Will this course work for my specific foot pain? Yes, the techniques I share in Pain Free Feet are supportive for ALL TYPES of foot pain. This is because, first I teach you how to release the tissues in your feet causing pain, open energetic blocks caused by blockages, waste deposits, scar tissue & crystals and reduce the stress & inflammation to let your natural healing take over. Then, I teach you specific reflexes to calm your nervous system response which contributes to pain. I’ve also included exercises to release and open the feet regardless of what type of foot pain you are experiencing.
What if I can’t reach my feet? With simple at home tips, lifestyle suggestions and video tutorials, Pain Free Feet makes it easy to use reflexology to heal your foot pain. If you’re not able to reach your feet for the tutorial portion, a friend or family member can watch the course with you and apply the techniques – lucky you! Once you learn the techniques, you’ll be able to return the favor as well!
Will this course help me finally wean off of my foot orthotic or brace? In Pain Free Feet, I help you get to the root of your foot pain so you can locate the inflammation, heal the tissues, release the blockages, learn about what your feet need to be healthy & happy and begin to move in better alignment. With commitment & practice, many students have been able to reduce and wean off their orthotics or braces. With time, your feet have the ability to fully heal and regain their natural alignment.
Why is foot reflexology so helpful for pain? Foot reflexology is proven to reduce chronic pain by “inducing a state of relaxation that eases tension, releases endorphins (feel good hormones), and suppresses the transmission of signals to the spinal cord and brain that may trigger a pain response” (Reflexology Association of Canada). Also, “reflexology has the ability to reduce the intensity score and cognitive aspects (the brain's interpretation) of pain" (NCBI). Plus, after working hands on with 1000’s of clients, I’ve developed my own techniques to release all sorts of foot pain, whether it’s general foot pain or a chronic issues like plantar fasciitis, bunions, neuropathy & more!
